Meeting follow-up

Track meeting action items – without signing up

Actarium is a free action item tracker for meetings: you record in the meeting who does what by when, share one link with the team and go through the commitments in review mode at the start of the next meeting. No account, no installation, end-to-end encrypted.

Why to-dos get lost after the meeting

In the meeting, everyone knows who will take care of it. A week later the task sits somewhere in a chat history or in minutes nobody opens again – and in the next meeting nobody remembers exactly what was agreed. A ticket system is usually too heavy for “Anna sends the quote by Friday”.

What Actarium does about it

Every commitment gets an owner, a due date and a status: open, in progress, blocked, done or dropped. The list can be shown by person, by meeting or as “Mine”; overdue items and the next seven days come first.

Review mode for the next meeting

At the start of the next meeting, review mode shows one open commitment after another, large enough for screen sharing. Keys 1 to 5 set the new status: done, in progress, blocked, moved by seven days or dropped. A short summary follows at the end.

How to follow up on meeting action items

  1. Create list Create one list per team or project. It takes seconds and needs no account.
  2. Add items during the meeting One line per commitment, e.g. “Send quote @Anna !24.10.”. Name and date are recognised automatically; you can pick the meeting right away.
  3. Share the link Post the team link in your team channel. Whoever has it can contribute; stakeholders get a read-only link.
  4. Review in the next meeting Start the review and briefly go through each open commitment. Open commitments with a due date can be saved as a calendar file (.ics).

Frequently asked questions

Does the team need an account?

No. Anyone with the link to the list can open it. There is no sign-up, no e-mail address and no password – just the link.

Do owners get e-mail reminders?

No, Actarium deliberately sends no e-mails. Open commitments with a due date can be added to your own calendar as an .ics file; the calendar then reminds you.

Is Actarium free?

Yes, it is free to use. There are no ads and no tracking.

How is it different from a ticket system like Jira?

Actarium is deliberately not a ticket system: no workflows, no attachments, no sprints. It only records who committed to what by when and what was decided. If you need workflows, a ticket system serves you better.
