Commitment tracker for meetings
Actarium records who does what by when – and puts it back on the table at the start of the next meeting. No account, no ticket system, and encrypted so that not even we can read along.
Paste the link your team sent you:
Commitments with owners, due dates and status – plus a decision log so nothing gets renegotiated.
One line is enough: “Send offer @Anna !24.10.” – name and date are recognised automatically.
At the start of the next meeting: one commitment after another, large for screen sharing, keys 1–5 for the new status.
The key is part of the link and never leaves your browser. Our server only stores ciphertext.
Create a list, share the link, done. No workflows, no attachments, no emails – on purpose.
Action items and decisions from the meeting land in the list automatically – without Votarium being able to read along.
When you create a list, your browser generates a random key. It sits in the link after the # sign – browsers never send this part to a server. Everything you enter is encrypted before it is sent. A stolen database dump only shows gibberish.
The next meeting starts with the review: what did we commit to last time – and what came of it?
